Overnight Accommodations

Included Features

• Individuals who prefer privacy may book rooms as single-occupancy for an additional charge.
• Special accommodations can be made for guests with disabilities.
• Each residence hall Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
• Every building uses swipe card access for the safety and comfort of all guests and their visitors.
• Linen rental, includes one (1) towel, one (1) washcloth, two (2) sheets, one (1) pillow, one (1) pillow protector, and one blanket per one (1) rental package (available for an additional fee).

Housing Accommodations Do Not Include:

• Telephone
• Television
• Computer
• Decorative furnishings, (e.g., wall art or rugs)
• Additional lighting/lamps (each room is affixed with one ceiling/wall lighting fixture)
• Alarm clock
• Iron or ironing board
• Hanger(s)
• Trash can or trash bags
• Daily custodial service

Two Styles of Rooms Offered

There are two room style types available to choose from: traditional and suite–style. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and accommodations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Traditional Rooms:

• Includes two extra-long twin beds, two desks and two closets/wardrobes.
• A community kitchen and bathroom facilities are located on each floor.
• Each residence hall includes laundry facilities, lounges and multipurpose rooms.

Suites:

• Drexel offers two- and three- bedroom suites each with extra-long twin beds, two desks, and two closets/wardrobes per room. 
• Each suite includes a private living room, full bathroom, and kitchenette with a sink and cabinets. A community kitchen is located on each floor.

Mail and Shipping Services

Mail and packages will not be accepted during your stay with Conference Services. Please contact summerc@drexel.edu for information on how to receive packages.

Tips:

• Do not include the name of the hall, use only the address as shown above.
• You must include "Conference Guest" on all mail and packages.
