Quote-gradient The ELATES program offers an extraordinary opportunity for senior women faculty to hone their leadership skills. Participating as a mentor to the Learning Communities, I have been so impressed by the quality of the fellows and the depth of the leadership training. It is inspiring to see the fellows grow their capabilities during the program and experience more and more professional success over the next years.
