Application Important Dates

December 15, 2025: Fellow application due for consideration of any available scholarships. Accompanying nomination and reference materials due by January 10, 2026.

February 1, 2026: Application deadline for consideration for program participation with accompanying nomination and reference materials due by February 1, 2026.

Complete pre-session assignments and introductory readings. |

Attend Session I, five days of in-residence learning in Philadelphia, PA. |

Work on group and independent projects. |

Attend Session II, five days of in-residence learning in Philadelphia, PA. |

Nov 2026 - Mar 2027 |
Work on group and independent projects. |

Mar 14-18, 2027 |
Attend Session III, five days of in-residence learning in Philadelphia, PA concluding with the Leaders Forum and graduation event attended by deans and provosts. |
Fees and Additional Costs
The 2026-2027 ELATES Program Tuition is $14,000 per participant. This covers 15 days in session, distance learning activities throughout the fellowship year, course materials, conference site expenses and special events. Travel, room and board are the responsibility of the home institution separately.
