Supplier Registration in PaymentWorks

There is a supplier registration portal tied to Drexel's e-Procurement system, SAP Ariba. Suppliers are required to register in order to do business with Drexel University. We do not accept cold calls. If one of our departments has reached out to you for a good or service, they will email us at supplieronboarding@drexel.edu and a registration link will be delivered to you. It should take approximately 15 minutes for you to complete the registration.

Drexel uses PaymentWorks to create an automated, transparent, trackable vendor onboarding process. This platform alleviates common struggles for both you and Drexel's vendor management team.

Using PaymentWorks allows the team to be certain that the information submitted by you is accurate, streamlines the internal approval processes, and best of all, protects all from common vendor fraud scams.

The PaymentWorks portal will allow you to manage your own information in terms of Purchase Order (PO) fulfillment and distribution, check account information for ach payments, and track your POs and invoices. There is also a functionality that allows you to flip your PO to an invoice.
