Academics

The Honors Program enhances the Drexel student experience by offering a multitude of opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom for students to explore their academic interests.

Through the Honors Program, students engage in coursework outside of their major plan of study in pursuit of additional breadth and depth to their education.

In this section you can learn about Honors Program requirements, the kinds of Honors credits available to complete requirements, different plans of study, probation, graduation, and Honors Program advising.

Academic Transformation

Drexel University is in the midst of an exciting transformation to support your academic experiences for the 2027 year and beyond. All Honors Program students will be given information regarding completion plans for both the Honors and Honors with Distinction Track. Your Honors Program advisor will be in touch to provide support to complete your Honors experience with the term to semester change.

I am an engineering student, have taken tons of math, physics, and engineering courses that have shown me how to solve problems and find solutions. None have changed and challenged my sense of Self like this course.
