Undergraduate Research

At Drexel, we are committed to providing truly unique and exciting opportunities for undergraduate students to create new knowledge in their fields.
Undergraduate Research & Enrichment Programs offers a number of ways for students to get involved in research, as well as support and recognition for students participating in research. Research occurs across all disciplines and majors, and projects may involve a single student and mentor or a team including multiple undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty.
Student presenting their research at a conference

We help undergraduate students find faculty mentors and research opportunities at Drexel and beyond, through our online platform, ForagerOne; introductory research workshops; and individual research consultations.

STAR Scholars
The STAR (Students Tackling Advanced Research) Scholars Program is an opportunity for highly motivated first-year students to engage in an early faculty-mentored undergraduate research, scholarship, or creative experience during the summer after their freshman year.
SuperNova Undergraduate Research Fellows
The SuperNova Undergraduate Research Fellows Program challenges motivated undergraduate students to build upon their research experience throughout their time at Drexel.
