MLS Degree: Higher Education Compliance Higher Education is a highly regulated and complex environment accountable to stakeholders from the federal government to parents. Our program is distinct from other higher education programs in that our graduates will become experts in the laws that govern institutions and protect students. This program provides an understanding of crucial issues in higher education such as FERPA, financial aid, campus safety, accreditation and risk management through a legal lens. Our students are well-prepared for high-level positions in administrative offices across all sectors of campus.
