Drexel University’s Kline School of Law advanced to #78 in U.S. News & World Report’s 2023 Best Law Schools rankings, marking the seventh consecutive year the school has risen on the list. Kline Law, which was ranked #81 for 2022 and #93 in 2021, has moved up 49 places since its 2016 U.S. News ranking.
“As the Kline Law community grows, we are heartened to see continued recognition of our everyday commitments and efforts. I’m pleased that our innovative programs, hands-on approach and committed faculty have helped bring about Kline Law’s continued rise in ranking,” said Dean Dan Filler. “But, even more important than ranking, I’m proud of our cutting-edge curriculum and resources that ensure students are well-prepared to represent clients, support and advance local communities, and sustain the rule of law, even before they graduate.”
Since its founding in 2006, the law school has provided exceptional experiential legal education, one example of which is seen in its trial advocacy program, which climbed to #10 in this year’s specialty ranking. “Our trial advocacy program is exceptional. With the support of superb trial lawyers serving as faculty and coaches, our students are ready for litigation practice from day one,” said Filler.
