Does your head feel like it is stuck to your shoulders? Are you feeling overwhelmed and overloaded?
Take a break and join us for a fun and interactive workshop where you will learn self-massage, stretching, and stress management techniques that you can incorporate in your workday and everyday life. Learn tips to reduce muscle tension, relax stiff joints, and revitalize!
This workshop will be taught by Rosemary Romett, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Rose obtained a National Certification for Massage and Bodywork in 1997. Rose has extensive training and experience in many modalities including: Athletic & Orthopedic Massage; Injury Prevention, Recovery, & Restoration; Shiatsu for the Table; Stretching and PNF Techniques; Massage for the Aging Population, Hospice, & Medically Frail; Oncology Massage; and Pregnancy & Infant Massage. She holds Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Education from Temple University. Rose has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1999.
*Participants in our Wellness Incentive Program are eligible to earn 15 points (a $15 credit) for attending this event.
You must register for the Health Advocate Wellness Incentive Program AND complete your annual Personal Health Profile before you will be eligible to receive any payouts. Points for attending these events will be sent to Health Advocate on a monthly basis for the prior month’s activities. There will be a 6-week delay in these points and payouts being distributed.
