Hafsatou Diallo | Guinea Hafsatou Diallo has over four years of experience in disability and inclusion. Hafsatou is currently the head of FITIMA Guinea's disability division, a non-profit organization dedicated to the rights of disabled children as well as girls and women. In her positions, she deconstructs social beliefs about disability at all levels by advocating for these people's rights and promoting an inclusive Guinea. She conducts programs and projects to ensure that children with disabilities receive the necessary medical and paramedical care, as well as an adapted education. Hafsatou co-authored the novel Un Si Long Tweet. She is also a member and communication assistant for the New Millennium English Club, a community club that promotes English among Guineans. Hafsatou has a master's degree in network and telecommunications, as well as numerous certificates in leadership and management of international and non-governmental organizations, project management, digital marketing, and communication. She is the 2023 YALI Dakar Fellow. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Hafsatou intends to continue implementing meaningful programs and projects to guarantee that children with disabilities have better access to medical and paramedical care, as well as education.
