  • Van Rensselaer Hall masonry renovation project

    3320 Powelton Ave.
    Friday, July 23, 2021, 7:00AM
    Duration: 10 weeks weather permitting

    P.Agnes along with Masonry Preservation Group will be performing masonry repairs to the building on all the elevations to the building. They will be responsible for all pedestrian safety around any work zone areas during the duration of the project.

  • 3201 Arch Street Building masonry repairs

    All elevations
    Monday, August 9, 2021, 6:30PM
    Duration: 10 weeks

    Mara restoration will be making masonry repairs to the outside of the Building. They will be starting on the West & South elevations in the University Police parking lot and working around the building ending the work on the Cherry side of the building in app. 10 weeks. They will be using swing scaffold equipment to perform their work. Mara will be responsible to take all necessary safety and protection precautions including protective canopies over all entrances / exits to the building.

  • Stratton Hall facade repair project

    All outside elevations of the building
    Monday, August 16, 2021, 6:00AM
    Duration: 18 weeks

    CRI renovation will be performing facade masonry repairs starting on the southside of building working their way around the building ending on the northside sometime in December. CRI is responsible for overhead protection at all entrances / exits to the building and any barricades and ground protections.

  • Nesbitt Hall masonry repair project

    3215 Market Street
    Monday, September 20, 2021, 6:00AM
    Duration: 16 weeks weather permitting

    Melrose Enterprises LTD will be making masonry repairs to the outside of the Building. They will be starting on the Northside elevations and working around the building ending the work on the Eastside of the building in app.16 weeks weather permitting. They will be using swing scaffold equipment to perform their work. Melrose will be responsible to take all necessary safety and protection precautions including protective canopies over all entrances / exits to the building. They will be staging the project in a enclosed area on the Northside of the building off of 33rd street.
