P. Agnes Co. along with Mara Restoration will be making masonry repairs to the exterior of the building utilizing scaffolding on the south and west sides of the building and swing scaffold on the north and east sides of the building. There will be necessary overhead protection around the outside of the building at all times.

Tripodi Concrete will be making repairs at the Ludlow street loading dock pavement area. Barricades will be setup to divert foot traffic during the work is being performed and after for the curing process.

Due to an underground water main repair, N 34th Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic just south of Arch Street from 7AM to 5PM beginning Monday, November 3, 2025 for up to 5 days. Arch Street and Lancaster Avenue will remain open and 34th Street will reopen each night. Please follow all local detour signage. An update will be sent if the closure will take a fewer number of days. For the entire service day, the Powelton/Spring Garden route will detour onto Arch Street to 32nd Street, then proceed south to Market Street and back to the shuttle stop at 33rd & Market NE Corner.
