PWD Project # 50206
Arch Street from 33rd to 34th streets
Start Date: June 29, 2026 | 7:00 AM
End Date: July 30, 2026 | 3:30 PM
The project consists of installing underground slow release storm beds along the north side of Arch Street between 33rd & 34th streets (basically just in front of Bentley Hall). Please proceed with caution around the work site area. Update: Because of the magnitude of the excavation Arch street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the hours of 5:30AM to 2:30PM daily. The contractor doing the work for PWD has acknowledged Arch street can be opened at a moments notice in the event of an emergency. There will be no work this Friday in observance of the holiday. Update: The overall project is complete the remaining orange construction barrels will be removed from the street tomorrow. The plantings at the curb bump-out planters will be at a latter date by the PWD.
