The Drexel School of Public Health was mentioned in a September 3 Philadelphia Inquirer article for researching the Independence Blue Cross Foundation's Blue Safety Net health centers. The Foundation will spend $1.5 million over the next three years to improve access to primary care at safety-net health centers in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Researchers at Drexel's School of Public Health spent five months on an assessment to figure out the needs of the Blue Safety Net health centers.
