Bio

Wei-Heng Shih is a Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering in the College of Engineering at Drexel University. Dr. Shih received BS in Physics from theNational Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, R. O. C. in 1976, and a PhD in Physics from Ohio State University in 1984.
