Diversity STEM Leadership Pathways
The school of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems is committed to making education and research training opportunities available to all individuals regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, disability, or socioeconomic status. BIOMED’s commitment is demonstrated by the ongoing development of the Diversity STEM Leadership Pathways initiative (“DSLP”). BIOMED’s goal is to build a pathway for underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students to become STEM Leaders in Biomedical Engineering by removing institutional and economic barriers and by providing accessible, supportive, and engaging educational and research opportunities
