Mustafa Sualp is the founder, CEO, and servant leader of AEFIS––the leading Education Technology (EdTech) company that partners with Higher Education to improve learner success and empower authentic lifelong learning. AEFIS partners with colleges and universities to deliver end-to-end solutions for authentic lifelong learning, skills recognition, and employability enablement. AEFIS's powerful software helps its partners to transition to authentic assessment for learning, drives measurable results, and engages students throughout their lifelong learning journey with the Comprehensive Learner Record (CLR).

High-quality education is at the core of innovative, forward-moving, and just societies. AEFIS works to help higher ed transition to authentic assessment for learning and lifelong learner success. This is also disrupting inequitable systems and providing actionable equity and transparency through data.

Prior to founding AEFIS and other successful IT firms, Mustafa served 18 years in various capacities as the Information Systems and Technology Manager at Drexel's School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems.
