Required Title IX Training for Graduate Students
September 19, 2025
All Drexel students should familiarize themselves with the Office of Civil Rights Compliance (CRC) policies and procedures and are required to complete Title IX (“Understanding Title IX at Drexel”) training in their term of entry and once annually in the fall. The training will help you better understand Drexel’s “Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct” (CR-2) Policy, your right to a discrimination and harassment-free learning environment, and your role in contributing to Drexel’s inclusive environment.
Benefits-eligible University employees who are also enrolled as graduate students must complete the training in both Career Pathway and in Drexel Learn.
Graduate students who serve in employee-like roles (Teaching Assistants, Graduate Assistants, Research Assistants, etc.) are considered federally-required Mandated Reporters. The “Understanding Title IX at Drexel” training is especially important for these roles—as it covers your Mandated Reporting responsibilities.
Please use the steps below to complete the training as soon as possible and by Tuesday, Oct. 14. The training should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
- Log into Drexel Learn via Drexel Connect with your Drexel single sign-on (SSO) credentials (abc123) and password or navigate to the course through your DrexelOne Portal student checklist.
- Select “Courses" from the left-hand menu and click on "Title IX for Graduate Students – 2025-26" which is listed under the "Administrative" term.
- Review the "Title IX at Drexel” and "Technical Support and Troubleshooting" sections in the “Course Content.”
- Click "Understanding Title IX at Drexel 2025” in the “Course Content” to begin the module. Please make sure you enable pop-ups in your browser and clear your cache to ensure optimal functionality. The training takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
- Once complete, you can review additional resources and information from the “Course Content” under “Title IX Resources.” Your DrexelOne Checklist will update within 24 hours of successful completion. If you notice any issues with your DrexelOne Checklist updates, contact the Help Desk.
If you have any questions about the training content, please contact the Drexel Office of Civil Rights Compliance (CRC) at civilrightseducation@drexel.edu. More information and resources, including policies and how to report, can be found on CRC’s website.
Thank you for helping us create and maintain a safe and respectful Drexel environment.
Sincerely,
