Under Powell's direction, UMAC has developed a unique surround sound approach, coordinating asset utilization and messaging delivery through the University's paid, earned, owned, and shared media channels, including media relations, branding and visual identity, undergraduate and graduate enrollment marketing, as well as the ongoing efforts to promote academic, research, and civic engagement initiatives. A firm believer in the adage "Connectivity amplifies the message," Tracy is focused on ensuring all platforms deliver engaging, cohesive, high-impact content that works to meet recruitment, retention, and revenue-generation objectives while strengthening the University's brand perception at an enterprise level.
Drawing from 25-plus years of experience in building marketing partnerships and defining messaging structures, Powell has developed within UMAC an organizational framework that encourages interdepartmental connectivity and collaboration, positioning the University to more efficiently optimize its communications under a unified delivery strategy and voice that will serve to elevate the University's position in the local, national, and global markets, now and into the future.
