Student Event Support Services
Student organizations must include all logistical support service needs when completing an event request via the Event Form located in DragonLink.
Each event venue has a standard set up available for no fee and the Office of Campus Engagement will share this information with you after review of your event request. Personalization of the standard setup may result in fees such as labor costs, depending on the request.
Please note that in adherence to the University's unionized labor contracts, facility users are not permitted to setup tables and chairs. Drexel Event & Conference Services will work with University Facilities to ensure the requested setup is installed. Audio-Visual (A/V) Assistance
Drexel Event & Conference Services hires and trains Drexel University students to assist with audio-visual support for events.
Drexel Event & Conference Services Audio-Visual provides affordable packages to meet the needs of most campus events. For special event needs, a consultation with the Manager of Technical Operations will be needed and a cost estimate provided. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
Audio-visual requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as equipment and technicians are available.
Chestnut Street Caterers is Drexel University's exclusive caterer, offering a variety of menus to fit all occasions. Chestnut Street Caterers also provides linen, floral arrangement and centerpiece rentals.
All catering services, including request for linens, must be submitted with your event request through DragonLink.
