On midnight, January 11, 2018, Hahnemann University Hospital (HUH) and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children (SCHC) were sold by Tenet Healthcare Corporation to American Academic Health System (AAHS).

Drexel has joined the FDP Expanded Clearinghouse, an online public database of entity profiles used in lieu of subrecipient commitment forms to obtain general institutional information needed by pass-through entities when they are issuing subawards or monitoring subrecipient entities.

Rita Naremore, PhD, former Chair of the Social-Behavioral-Education Institutional Review Board (IRB #3), retired from the board effective February 1. We appreciate Naremore's many contributions and leadership exhibited throughout her time as chair.
