Drexel University Concourse Payment Program

Overview

J.P. Morgan’s Concourse Payment System product is a secure digital payment solution that provides an easy way to pay research participants involved in Drexel-approved human subjects research. Researchers can pay multiple research participants with the submission of a single Microsoft Excel form. Payments are made as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day, and no longer than 48 hours after a payment request is made if submitted on a business day. Fees for Concourse are as low and can provide significant savings compared to other payment options.

Request a J.P. Morgan Concourse Account

If Concourse is the right product for you to manage your study payments, please complete the J.P. Morgan Concourse Payment System Access Request Form to start the account setup process. An ORI representative will contact you by email within 5 business days to confirm receipt and provide you information on next steps.
