Regalia Pick-Up

Graduation regalia will be available for pick up from Barnes and Nobel Bookstore, 3250 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, beginning Wednesday, April 23rd through Monday, May 19th. The Bookstore is open from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All regalia must be picked up by May 19 at 4:00 p.m. - no extensions will be provided. Any regalia not picked up by May 19, will be available for pick up when you arrive at the Academy of Music for Graduation on May 22nd.

Tams will be provided to you when you arrive at the Academy of Music. Graduates are to arrive at 10:00 a.m. and report to Rehearsal Hall located on the 3rd Floor of the Academy of Music. Enter the Academy of Music via the entrance to Rehearsal Hall located on Locust Street across the street from Estia Restaurant. Law School staff members will be present to direct you.

Graduation Ticket Information

Graduation tickets will be available for pick up from Mallory Heller in Room 416 at the Law School on the following dates between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.; or, between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m.

• Tuesday and Wednesday, April 22 and 23
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, April 28, 29, and 30

All JD students must (1) Complete an employment survey and (2) Schedule a brief appointment by phone or zoom with a CSO Advisor before picking up tickets.

• Step 1: Complete the Graduate Survey by following these instructions:
• Log in to Symplicity (Reach out to CSO if you’ve forgotten your log-in) Click on your Profile Pic/Initials (circle at the top right) Select “My Account” Scroll to Employment Survey and complete all questions. Hit the finalize button.
• Step 2: Schedule an appointment on Symplicity to finalize your survey with a CSO Advisor (3L Employment Survey). It takes just a few minutes either in person, Zoom, or phone and enables us to finalize your data accurately. Your survey must be reviewed and finalized by CSO for you to pick up your tickets.

All tickets must be picked up by April 30th – NO EXTENSIONS. Tickets will not be available at the Academy of Music.
