Danielle Boardley

Danielle Boardley has led an ambitious agenda aimed at making the law school a more inclusive, welcoming, and responsive environment. She works with students, faculty, staff, and alums to sponsor a series of discussions and events that recognize and celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures and groups that make up the law school community. Dean Boardley collaborates with stakeholders to advance and implement an innovative and unifying strategic vision and enhance and cultivate a holistic student experience rooted in belonging, well-being, and student success. In 2019 she conceptualized and launched the summer pipeline initiative to help individuals from underrepresented backgrounds successfully matriculate into law school and the legal profession. That program has since been endowed with a $1M donation from Stephen and Sandra Sheller.
