Diversity & Inclusion Committee

The Kline School of Law Diversity & Inclusion Committee was appointed by Dean Daniel Filler in August 2017. The purpose of appointing a committee, which consists of deans, faculty, staff, students and alumni, is to increase our community dialogue so that we might be better prepared individually and as a community to address diversity and inclusion related concerns.

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee members strive to foster a culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion are ingrained into everything we do. Our goal is for all community members to feel supported. We are committed to creating opportunities for open dialogue, positive conversations, and collaboration between members at every level. The road to a more diverse and inclusive community is an ongoing process. Together we can foster a culture that not only values differences, but also leverages them as a source of strength. To help in these efforts the law school has been, and continues to, craft strategies to ensure that all students feel equally connected to the community and that the school offers a forum and process that promotes inclusion.
