U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy to Discuss ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell’ on April 5 Congressman Patrick Murphy (D-8th Dist.), will discuss the history and repeal of “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell,” the controversial law that forbid the military from asking men and women in the armed forces about their sexual orientation and required gay and lesbian soldiers to keep this part of their identity secret. Murphy’s appearance, at 5 pm on April 5, is being sponsored by the law school’s chapter of the American Constitution Society and Drexel University’s Office of Multicultural Programming. It will be held at the university’s Multicultural Center at 33rd and Chestnut streets.
