Beginning this fall, Drexel is officially launching our new BA in Law through the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, becoming only the fourth university in the entire United States to offer such a degree at the undergraduate level. Adding this academic offering opens a brand-new pathway for anyone who is interested in exploring the law. To me, one of the most attractive parts of the BA in Law is the focus on access. By pursuing this program, students gain exposure to the field of law early on as undergraduates. This not only helps students academically but experiencing the field of law also helps one make more informed decisions in life, like navigating leases, wills, loans, and more. Often, when I speak with prospective high school students, one of the things that consistently comes up is how they wish they learned more skills to help them in the real world. This program offers an opportunity to do so!
