Professor Richard Frankel was a featured presenter at the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges Annual Meeting.

Frankel presented “How to Ensure You Are Affirmed” at the event on July 25 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The founding director of the law school’s Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic, Frankel has extensive experience handling a wide array of appellate matters in state and federal courts. He has groomed and supervised students who have successfully handled cases in the both state and federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals.

His most recent article, “The Federal Arbitration Act and Independent Contractors” in Cardozo Law Review de Novo, reflects his interest in arbitration.
