Professor Amy Landers is speaking at the Stanford Patent Litigation Symposium on May 11.
The symposium features experts from public agencies, private practice and academia to address the phenomenon of the patent assertion entity and the state of patent law reform. Discussion at the symposium is expected to help private sector stakeholders, policy makers, judges, litigators, scholars, and researchers better understand the nature of the entities filing patent suits.
Landers, director of the Intellectual Property Law program, is an accomplished legal scholar and practitioner and the author of “Understanding Patent Law,” now in its second edition.
