Professor Pammela Quinn Saunders will present a paper, “Advancing the Conversation: Non-Judicial Voices and the Transnational Judicial Dialogue,” at the Fifth Annual Four Societies Conference, to be held at Australian National University in Canberra on July 1-2.
The conference is a gathering of four prominent organizations: the American Society of International Law, Australian and New Zealand Society of International Law, the Canadian Council on International Law and the Japanese Society of International Law.
This year’s conference focuses on experts, networks and international law in the decade since the publication of Princeton University scholar Anne-Marie Slaughter’s “New World Order.”
Saunders’ scholarship focuses on regulation of institutions and actors across national borders. Her paper was one of just three chosen by the American Society of International Law to be presented at the conference.
