Student Margaret Theranger, a 3L, has been awarded the Second Annual Robert B. Washburn Intellectual Property Law Scholarship.
The Trademarks Chair of the Drexel Law Intellectual Property Society, Theranger was one of the first students to take part in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
“Meg is an exceptional student because she brings together a real academic talent in the area of intellectual property with a commitment to building and supporting the community of IP students here at the law school,” said Senior Associate Dean Daniel Filler.
The scholarship was created in 2010 by Woodcock Washburn LLP to honor one of the firm’s founding partners. Steve Rocci from Woodcock Washburn presented Theranger with the award at a luncheon today held in her honor.
