Earle Mack School of Law Dean Roger J. Dennis and professors Alex Geisinger and Karl Okamoto will be presenters at the "Pennsylvania Bar Association Law Policy Forum: Laws on the Frontier of Technology" on Oct. 4 at the CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia.

Focusing on "Assessing Risk in Today's Technology," Dennis, Geisinger and Okamoto will discuss issues related to the recent Gulf of Mexico oil spill, risk-based environmental cleanups and the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act.
