Donald M. Bersoff, professor of law and director of the law school’s Law & Psychology Program, will speak at the annual meeting of the Iranian Psychological Association of America in Los Angeles, Calif.
Bersoff will discuss “Ethical and Legal Issues in the Treatment of Violent Patients,” at the meeting on Sept. 19.
A nationally known leader in mental health law, Bersoff has published dozens of books, chapters and articles on legal and ethical issues in mental health, developmental disabilities and education. He edited the landmark “Ethical Conflicts in Psychology,” now in its fourth edition.
