Natalie Pedersen
Goodwin College Curriculum Committee member, Natalie Pedersen is a tenured member of the faculty at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business, where she is head of the Business Law Department and teaches business law, entrepreneurial law and employment law.

Professor Pedersen focuses her scholarship on employment law, employment discrimination and implicit bias. She received the Academy of Legal Studies in Business Employment Law Teaching Award in 2017. She has served as president of the Employment Law Section of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and as president of the Mid-Atlantic Academy of Legal Studies in Business. Previously, Professor Pedersen practiced at Ballard Spahr in Philadelphia. She clerked for Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit after receiving her JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
