William Radichel has been with Drexel University since 2010. He is the manager of Desktop Operations in Drexel’s central IT department. William earned his bachelor’s degree in computing and security technology from Drexel University’s Goodwin college of Professional studies in 2009. He also earned his master’s degree in Learning Technologies from Drexel’s School of Education. After earning his master’s degree, he began teaching as an adjunct for Goodwin College passing on what he learned in the CST program and from his work experience. Before coming to Drexel, he worked as a support specialist for Select Medical corporation. William has over 30 years of experience working with computers and believes workers in the Technology field  need strong customer service skills.
