Natalie Shaak, associate director of communication and administration at the Dornsife School of Public Health's Center for Hunger-Free Communities, was quoted in a Jan. 28 Philadelphia Citizen story about SNAP expanding in some states to allow beneficiaries to access pre-cooked food as part of its Restaurant Meals Program.
