Robert I. Field, PhD, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law and Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in an Oct. 17 Philadelphia Inquirer article about the FDA claiming Makena, a drug for preventing preterm births does not work. The drugmaker has pushed back, enlisting support of Black women.
