Michael LeVasseur, PhD, an assistant teaching professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in a June 1 WHYY story that reported that 15 cases of monkeypox have been reported in the United States, with 250 confirmed cases worldwide. The story also ran June 1 in The Philadelphia Tribune.
