Michael LeVasseur, PhD, an assistant teaching professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, was featured in a July 30 segment on CNBC’s “The News With Shepard Smith” about the importance of mask-wearing and vaccination to slow the spread of the Delta variant. LeVasseur was also quoted in a July 30 article in The Philadelphia Inquirer about the variant. His CNBC interview was also referenced in an Aug. 2 Poynter news post.
