Mariana Chilton, PhD, a professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health and director of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities, was quoted in an Aug. 31 Bloomberg article about projections that by the end of the year, COVID-19 will cause more people to die each day from hunger than from virus infections.
