EMS workers facing assault on the job at alarming rates

A study by researchers in the Dornsife School of Public Health’s Center for Firefighter Injury Research and Safety Trends (FIRST) found that EMS workers are more likely to be assaulted on call than firefighters are, was mentioned in a Fox56 (Wilkes-Barre) story on Jan. 15.
