Fabrice Smieliauskas, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago, co-Chair of the Cancer Policy and Outcomes Workgroup and on the Advisory Board of the Graduate Program in Health Administration.  Dr. Smieliauskas will be speaking on whether state laws mandating certain kinds of insurance coverage truly increase access to care.
