Public Health Career Development: Dos and Donts of a Career Fair

Wednesday, February 3, 2016

12:00 PM-1:00 PM

In order to prepare students for Dornsife School of Public Health’s Career Fair, we are holding a series of pre-Fair programming. Each program is set to build students up professionally and mentally prepare them for the Career Fair in March.

This workshop will focus on getting students mentally prepared for the both the Career Fair and their larger job searches by reviewing the “Do’s and Don’t’s” of Career Fair etiquette. During this session, we will cover topics such as attire, elevator speech, questions to ask and respond to, having a list of employers of interest, business cards, planning out exploring the Fair, and so on. This event is open to all of Drexel’s Public Health students.
