Join the Urban Health Collaborative for GIS Day in-person or on Zoom. This year will feature sessions on spatial analysis, mapping and GIS for Urban Health.

Sessions include:

  • Environmental Justice Mapping: Existing Tools and New Directions Presented by Roman Perez, Program Director, Environmental Data Science
  • Measuring Spatial Social Polarization in Public Health Research: A Scoping Review of Methods & Applications - Edwin McCulley, Doctoral Research Fellow Urban Health Collaborative, Epidemiology & Biostatistics Department
  • Emotional Landscapes: Mapping Urban Park Sentiments Using Natural Language Processing - Eric Delmelle, Senior Scientist, Urban Health Collaborative

This is the 25th anniversary of GIS Day, which is celebrated on the Wednesday of Geography Awareness Week. GIS software and online tools are available to Drexel University affiliates through its Educational Site License with ESRI.
