Registry Study and Pilot Studies Update with MCRC Researchers

Monday, November 6, 2023

4:00 PM-5:00 PM

Two of the core research aspects at the MCRC include a longitudinal registry study of the PAMMJ patient population and pilot studies aimed at filling the gap in research created by federal prohibition.

Dr. Steinberg, who is Health Services Research and Policy Postdoctoral Fellow with the AJ Drexel Center for Autism, will be discussing her pilot study, "Cannabis and Autism: Understanding How the Autism Community Views and Uses Cannabis." Dr. Ross, who is a research assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacology & Physiology at Drexel University College of Medicine, will be discussing her pilot study, “Clinical Efficacy of Medicinal Marijuana for Stress-Related Disorders.”

The MCRC team will also be presenting updates from the longitudinal registry study after two years of recruitment. Please join us for a research update and discussion on the current state of medical cannabis research.
