MERHG Colloquium: An Overview of the Cuidándome Program

Carmen Alvarez is Associate Professor in the Family and Community Health
Department at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
She will
present the development process and feasibility of Cuidándome (Taking care of
myself) an online, group and problem-solving based, self-management program for
Latina immigrant women with a history of adverse childhood experiences and
depression symptoms.
