In this upcoming event, Wodan Ling, PhD, will present "Statistical analysis of large-scale microbiome-profiling studies: batch effect and robust testing"
 
Ling is a post-doctoral research fellow at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. She received her PhD in Biostatistics from Columbia University in 2019. Her research interest lies in the development and application of robust and powerful quantile regression or deep learning methods for complex and structured data that are collected in biomedical and public health studies, especially data in the emerging omics field, including genomics, microbiome, metagenomics, metabolomics, etc. and also mHealth data.
