Coffee & Convos offers students and public health professionals an opportunity to connect and network.
Professionals share information about their organization and experiences to help students explore work environments, industries, and public health career paths over coffee.
As Associate Director of Education, Brittany Chambers, MPH, oversees the program operations team within the Education Department of CAPC. She manages the Palliative Care Leadership Centers™ (PCLC) program and is a co-chair of the planning committee and health equity lead for the annual CAPC National Seminar.
Chambers serves on the Division Board for Professional Development at the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC) and reviews conference abstracts for the American Public Health Association (APHA) and Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE). She presents her work at national meetings and has been honored for her leadership. She is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society, was named one of Drexel Magazine’s 40 under 40 and featured as one of the ‘People on the Move’ by the Journal of Palliative Medicine and Health Equity Journal.
Chambers received her BS in Community Health from University of Maryland, College Park and her MPH from Drexel University, School of Public Health.
