COVID-19 Journal Club
Wednesday, July 15, 2020
2:00 PM-3:30 PM
Join us this coming Wednesday for a broad discussion of morbidities associated with COVID-19.
In the past few months, focus on COVID-19 has largely been on the mortality and hospitalization rate from this pandemic, but mortality isn’t the only concern. Several sequalae of the infection have arisen that researchers are starting to understand better.
This week, five presenters will have 15 minutes to present a brief paper (each is 2-3 pages long) describing some of the morbidities associated with the disease followed by a broader discussion.
Note that this journal club is scheduled 30-minutes longer than previous meetings.
We invite our colleagues and students from throughout Drexel University to take part in this discussion.
If you have a paper or topic you’d like us to discuss or are interested in presenting, please reach out to Dr. Michael LeVasseur (Epi/Bios) at email@example.com. Sign up for the COVID-19 journal club email list here.
