Kimberly Daniels, MS, PhD Candidate

Advisor: Ana V. Diez Roux, MD, PhD, MPH, Dean and Distinguished University Professor of Epidemiology

Kim has earned two bachelor’s degrees in math and biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She subsequently attended the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where she earned a Master of Science degree in Epidemiology. She then worked with John Meara, MD, DMD, MBA, in the Plastic and Oral Surgery Department to improve the efficiency and quality of care provided in the department as well as research barriers to surgical care with his Program in Global Surgery and Social Change. Her research is focused on environmental determinants of child obesity.
