Please, join the department of Community Health and Prevention at Dornsife for their next MERHG Colloquium. Emmanuel Koku, PhD, department of Sociology at Drexel University, will be presenting on "Social Networks and Experiences of Stigma Among African Immigrants Living with HIV". His presentation will draw on social network survey and in-depth-interview data from the Social Networks and HIV Stigma Study to (1) explore the social networks of African immigrants living with HIV, and (2) the influence of specific network characteristics/composition on their experiences of anticipated and internalized stigma.
